Delete your data

Rose has no accounts: all of a family’s data is tied to its family code. Deleting the family erases everything, for every phone that shares it.

From the app

1. Open Rose and tap Réglages (Settings).
2. Choose Données et à propos (Data and about).
3. Tap Supprimer la famille (Delete family) and confirm.

Deletion is permanent and starts right away. To remove Rose from one phone without erasing anything, use Quitter cette famille sur ce téléphone (Leave this family on this phone) in the same settings instead.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, email bonjour@heyrosebaby.com with your family code (Settings, Famille et partage). Requests are handled within 30 days and you’ll receive a confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Baby’s profile and every log entry: feeds, naps, diapers, weigh-ins, measurements, care, notes.
• Appointments, questions, shopping lists, wardrobe and contractions.
• The shared gift registry and guests’ reservations.
• Notification tokens for the family’s phones.

Nothing is kept after deletion. Settings stored on a single phone (such as the theme) stay on that phone until the app is removed.
